Beth Ann Bonnecroy is in demand as a conductor, singer, and teacher of voice. Her foundation as a singer and extensive experience as a voice teacher shapes Ms. Bonnecroy’s priorities as a conductor. Healthy singing and development of singers’ personal vocal technique are emphasized in the choirs she conducts and contribute to the free, beautiful sound her choirs achieve.

In 2013, Ms. Bonnecroy joined the music faculty of Seattle Pacific University where she teaches voice and conducts the SPU Women’s Choir.  Since 2000, Ms. Bonnecroy has been part of the  artistic staff of the Northwest Girlchoir.  There she conducts Vivace, a choir of 25-30 middle school level singers, modeling the highest standards of artistry and healthy singing in the developing voice.  Under Ms. Bonnecroy’s direction, Vivace's achievements include invitational performances with the Seattle Symphony, Northwest Symphony Orchestra, Kirkland Choral Society and Argosy Christmas Ships, and annual participation in regional choral festivals, as well as tours to Japan and Hawaii.  In 2006, Ms. Bonnecroy and colleague, Rebecca Rottsolk, founded Mirinesse Women’s Choir.  Mirinesse received the high honor of performing at the American Choral Directors Association national conference in 2009 and regional conference in 2011.  A life-long church musician, Beth Ann has conducted church choirs and handbell choirs of all ages.  She is currently a member of the music staff of Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church in Seattle where she conducts the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choirs.

Also an accomplished soprano, Ms. Bonnecroy is a frequent recitalist in the Seattle area.  She has also sung with the Seattle Opera Chorus, Opera by the Sound, and Lyric Opera Theatre of Tempe, AZ.  Ms. Bonnecroy holds a Bachelor of Music degree in church music/voice from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and a Master of Music degree in voice performance from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
