David Diekema received his Ph.D. in sociology from The University of Iowa in 1990. He is trained as an experimental social psychologist with a specialty in status and power processes in small groups. His primary concern these days is understanding the social and psychological processes underlying evil of various forms. He is also interested in the intersection of the social sciences, theology, and philosophy.
