About the Play

A loaf of bread? A bag of beans? A slipper? Everyone wants something, and believes they can find it by traveling “into the woods.” Once there, they meet, mix up, and, for the most part, get what they want. But what happens to them once they have what they think they want? Is “ever after” even possible? What is really important to each of us…and all of us?
