Dr. Jeff Holguin is a seasoned Clinical Psychologist and Military Veteran with a specialty in treating serious mental illnesses, trauma, and fostering resilience within first responders, active military, and veterans. Currently serving as the Clinical Operations Director at PsyCorps, Dr. Holguin responds to global disasters, leveraging his extensive background in military and emergency medicine to train local volunteers and clinicians in complex psychiatric trauma care, psychological first aid, and resilience.
In addition to his role at PsyCorps, Dr. Holguin is an Adjunct Faculty at multiple academic institutions, where he develops and teaches courses on neurobiology, clinical psychology, traumatology, and resilience. His research interests span across First Responder mental health, trauma, technology, ethics, and neuroscience, reflecting his broad scientific expertise.
With a unique blend of practical experience and academic knowledge, Dr. Holguin is dedicated to improving performance and health outcomes through custom educational modules for both domestic and international organizations.
