ORG 7031: Research Methods and Statistics I (2021-2022)

Introduces students to the philosophy, structure, and ethics related to applied and experimental quantitative research. Focuses on research pertaining to evidence-based clinical practice and case study design in light of the scientist-practitioner model. Statistical training focuses on analysis of variance techniques including factorial ANOVA, planned comparisons, post-hoc analysis and repeated measures. In small teams, students write and propose the introduction and method sections of the second year research project.
