Examines interactions between people and systems in which they function from individual, group, and organizational levels of analysis. Topics include: individual differences, leadership, work motivation, perception, communication, decision making, power and politics, group development, performance, individual and work team effectiveness, conflict, organizational culture, organizational systems theory, and managing diversity.
