What was your most impactful class or professor? Dr. Vlad Ortiz is a role model for me as I have witnessed her going the extra mile for her students in reaching academic excellence. My professor has taught me the value of seeking knowledge and understanding in the field of nutrition.

How have you grown during your time at SPU? SPU has allowed me to experience a space that emphasizes faith. While at my time here, the doors have been open for students to nurture their faith. It's only a matter if we choose to faithfully step into those opportunities.

What are you excited for in your future career? SPU has taught me a journey of resilience, where I have been allowed to grow and be molded from the mountains and the valleys which is essential for what is to come in the future.

What advice do you have for incoming students? College is not just academics; it's a setting where people of diverse belief systems represent a world that carries various emotions. We can only understand if we listen.
