Jonathan joins Seattle Pacific University as a full-time faculty member in the School of Business, Government, and Economics (SBGE). Jonathan is an adaptive & highly experienced professional, with extensive years of providing consultation in strategy formulation, strategy integration, and the creation of high performing organizational effectiveness. He is a collaborative, consensus-building & highly energized team player driven by new challenges and the quest for agility in response to fast changing business environment.

In 2008 Jonathan founded Dumadushi Enterprises Group, a business development consulting firm that focuses on technology transfer from the USA to Africa as well as business incubation for businesses that engage in international business from Africa.

As for his teaching philosophy, Jonathan believes that effective teaching is a process of linking theory and practice in which a scholar and the teacher seek to uncover answers to complex problems via reflective learning. Jonathan collaboratively strives to increase student ability to construct meaning of real-life situations from theoretical frameworks via the development of critical thinking that motivates business innovative development.

His community service stretches from co-founding the African Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest in 1998 and WAZIGA in 2000. He has served on the Puget Sound Community School board since 2019 and was a board member of the Shoreline Rotary chapter from 2014 to 2016.
