Arturo studied Software Engineering in his hometown of Mexico City before coming to Seattle in 2007 to work at Microsoft, where he is now a Principal Software Engineering Manager. His professional journey across many different roles has taught him just how important growth mindset and diversity and inclusion are for building innovative, high-performance teams.
In his spare time, Arturo works to strengthen the voice of the Latinx community, which he is a member of, as well as that of other under-represented communities both inside and outside Microsoft.
