Faculty Advancement
Evaluation of faculty is an ongoing process that allows faculty members to fulfill their responsibilities effectively, and provides a basis for decisions concerning promotion, tenure, and retention. The faculty evaluation process includes both formal and informal feedback. Formal status review occurs in the course of pre-tenure, tenure and promotion decisions, and the Faculty Life Office provides support to faculty to more effectively navigate these evaluation processes and advance in their careers.
