MUS 2507: Applied Pedagogy of Voice (2024-2025)

This course is designed to explore and understand the nature of the singing voice and methods of vocal instruction. It will provide an overview of vocal pedagogy: its history, its theory, and its practical application in instructional environments. Emphasis is placed on the demonstration of appropriate technique and diagnosis of pedagogical challenges in a lab setting.
