MUS 3118: Recording II (2024-2025)

Students will learn to record non-classical music using our recording studio, primarily using Pro Tools. Students will study audio theory, including but not limited to pop recording techniques, psychoacoustics, corrective audio processing, signal processing, and studio business. Analyzing the quality of both professional and student recordings will also be an important component of the course, as well as timbral ear training.
