You focus on scholarship — we do the rest!

Tenure-track faculty at Seattle Pacific University are evaluated on the quality of their teaching, scholarship, and service. The Office of Sponsored Programs supports scholarship by helping faculty and administrators acquire and manage internal and external grant opportunities. Our goals:

  1. Service oriented.
  2. Streamlined processes.
  3. Data-driven support and decisions.
  4. Protecting our applicants and the institution.

The Office of Sponsored Programs is responsible for support and management of all grants campuswide — from application to project completion. This includes faculty seeking support from federal agencies, corporations, or private foundations focused on scholarship to deans and senior administrators seeking large institutional federal or foundation grants.

University Advancement. If you are considering a large institutional project supported by private, corporate, or foundation donors, please reach out to Corporate and Foundations Relations in University Advancement Office. They will help develop relationships and build partnerships that lead to grant opportunities. Once these opportunities have been identified, they will direct you back to the Office of Sponsored Programs, which will manage and support your application throughout the life of your grant.
