Friday, June 9, various times and campus locations
Graduate faculty members and school deans will hood graduate students in individual school/program hooding ceremonies prior to the Graduate Commencement ceremony at various on-campus locations. Faculty, please dress in academic regalia.

Graduate Commencement Ceremony
Friday, June 9, 2–3:30 p.m., Tiffany Loop
Graduate faculty members, please meet between Moyer Hall and Peterson Hall at 1:45 p.m. to line up for the processional. Graduate faculty will process up to the front where there will be faculty seating.
Note: This is an outdoor ceremony. If rain is in the forecast, please plan accordingly. See rain plan for more details.
Friday, June 9, 7:30–8:30 p.m., Royal Brougham Pavilion
This is an informal worship service planned by the undergraduate students for graduates and their guests. Academic regalia is not worn. Everyone is welcome to attend, general seating is available.
Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony
Saturday, June 10, 1–3:30 p.m., Key Arena, 305 Harrison Street
Faculty, please enter Key Arena by 12 p.m. through Gate 4A, accessible via Thomas Street on the south side of the building (closest parking garage is 1st Avenue North Garage, between John and Thomas Street, 1/2 block south of the arena). You will then be directed to the faculty entrance into the building.
- Please arrive no later than 12 p.m.
- Pick up your ticket outside of Gate 4A before entering Key Arena. You must have a ticket to enter the arena.
- All faculty will gather in Club Live.
- Proceed to the marked area where you will line up.
- The faculty marshals will assist with arranging the procession.
Faculty, you are required to attend Ivy Cutting and either Undergraduate or Graduate Commencement (as assigned by your dean). You are encouraged and welcome to attend both Commencement ceremonies and Baccalaureate.
If you are unable to attend any of the required events, you must receive written permission from your dean to be absent. If you need to rent academic regalia, contact Corinne Fisher in the Bookstore at 206-281-2137 before April 17.
