What is something you wish everyone knew about your major?
Communication has the power to affect change through rhetoric. Use every opportunity to speak life into others. I wish everyone knew that we can all make a positive impact in the world by choosing to use all forms of media to build relationships and make connections.
What was your most impactful class or professor?
I was most impacted by Dr. Purcell’s and Dr. Bellinger’s wisdom and knowledge imparted to me in rhetoric and communication studies.
What are some of your career goals?
My career goals are to use my knowledge and life experience to navigate people to elevate their potential through higher education.
What advice do you have for incoming students?
My advice for incoming students is to treat their college career as a gift; this is a privilege not everyone receives.
What SPU has meant to you?
It has been an honor and a privilege to attend SPU, which I am confident is by divine appointment. SPU is a dream come true that has given me the confidence and knowledge I need to succeed.
