Undergraduate Theology Financial Aid

Theology majors and minors are eligible for many grants and scholarships — including Seattle Pacific University’s scholarships, and federal and private financial aid. However, there are opportunities available for those with other majors and minors if applicants can link their focus of student with theology. 

Financial Aid

Follow Student Financial Services’ application process, and be sure to meet all the deadlines because financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, SPU’s Division of Theology nominates returning students for financial assistance from several endowed scholarship funds.

Undergraduate theology scholarships for the 2025–26 academic year have already been awarded.

The application process for the 2026–27 academic year will open in January 2026 (date pending), and will be due by March 2, 2026.
