Kris Haldeman is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a family nurse practitioner (FNP). Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she enjoyed practicing nursing in a variety of settings. One of her roles was as an adjunct professor in SPU’s Lydia Green Nursing School. Kris enjoyed working with the SPU nursing students and being a part of the University, leading her to pursue a nurse practitioner certificate at this school. As a health care provider in Health Services, she enjoys promoting the health of students of all ages and walks of life.
In addition to her role in Health Services, Kris volunteers regularly at Lahai Health as a primary care provider. She loves running and hiking, and participates in the community Book Club at the local public library. Kris and her husband attend University Presbyterian Church.
