Important Registration Deadlines for Autumn Quarter

Welcome to Autumn Quarter 2015! Please take a few moments to check your Autumn Quarter Schedule online through the Banner Information System! You are responsible for knowing which classes you are registered for, and making schedule changes before the registration deadline. Please pay special attention to courses which offer variable credit, you must choose your number of credits in Banner or it will automatically default to one credit.

Last Day to Add Classes: Friday, October 2nd

Students are able to register, add, and drop courses online until 4:30pm on Friday, October 2nd. After this time, web registration is no longer available for Autumn Quarter. This is the last day to register for regular classes, including classes that meet once a week.

Last Day to Drop without a “W” on Transcript: Friday, October 2nd

Students are able to drop classes until 4:30pm on Friday, October 2nd without a “W” (withdrawal) appearing on their transcript. After Friday, a “W” will appear on transcripts for any dropped course.

Extended Registration Deadlines: Friday, October 9th

Students may register for the following classes through 4:30pm on Friday, October 9th in Student Academic Services (Demaray Hall 151). Web registration will be closed at 4:30pm on October 2nd, so you must register in-person or by registration form. Forms may be scanned and emailed or faxed in to SAS.

Registration Petitions

For situations that necessitate a change to a student schedule outside the registration deadlines, a Registration Petition is required. Faculty and staff support statements/signatures may be submitted via email and attached to the petition if necessary. Registration petitions are subject to a $50 change of registration fee.

Tuition Refund Schedule

Information on the tuition refund schedule may be found through Student Financial Services under the Schedule of Tuition Refunds for Day and Evening Classes.
