New Students

We want to make it easy for you to create a home away from home at Seattle Pacific University. These are the pages where you’ll find the information you need to make that happen!

From applying for your first room in an SPU residence hall, to when you can move in, to finding your mailing address for snail mail, here are the things you need to know:

Your room deposit

From the time you occupy your first room in an SPU residence hall, your room deposit will remain on your account; it will remain there until you officially withdraw from University housing. For more about your room deposit, read the New Student FAQ.

As an admitted student, you’ll receive a Campus Living booklet in April, which outlines your housing options and the application process.

If you were admitted after April 1, you will receive the booklet within two weeks of your admit date.
