Reserving SUB Space and Vendor Tables

SPU student leaders, staff, and faculty may request a reservation for SUB meeting spaces (or any other available space on campus). Vendors may also request a table for making presentations. Here’s how:

Room Reservations

Our primary online tool for requesting meeting rooms in the SUB (Collegium, Gazebo Room, lobby, or elsewhere), or for meeting facilities in any campus building, is SPU Room Finder. You’ll need a campus login to get started.

If you’re currently not a member of the SPU community, contact Conference Services or submit an “External Client Event Request Form” online.

Vendor Table Reservations

Want to advertise to students with a table on campus? Request a vendor table. Keep in mind that a request doesn’t automatically guarantee an actual vendor table reservation. The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership staff will email you about your request status.
