Digital letterhead
For schools and departments, we offer digital letterhead with which faculty and staff can write electronic student referral letters. The digital letterhead files are intended to be used only as they are labelled — digitally, usually as a PDF attachment to an email.

Note: For printed letterhead, we prefer departments purchase stationary through Quality Press. It is professional, consistent, and the colors are on-brand. If sending a communication that is important enough to warrant letterhead, it is important enough for professional printing. This represents the University and our departments well. This is why we discourage using the digital letterhead files to print letterhead on-demand on our campus printers.
