Campus Houses and Apartments

An independent living experience

We are currently sold out in our Campus Houses and Apartments for the upcoming Fall Academic Year 2024-25.

If you are interested in being placed on a waitlist, please email us at housing@spu.edu

Our apartments offer an independent living experience for students who graduated from high school two or more years prior to the start of the academic year. Campus houses and apartments (CHA) are furnished and accommodate two or more residents, depending on the size.

  • All utilities are incorporated into the room rate, including electricity, heat, water/sewer/garbage, and internet access.
  • App-operated laundry facilities are located in each building or a building nearby. The Wesley Apartments have in-unit laundry (no app needed).
  • Each unit includes a kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own food, if you choose. Meal plans may be purchased for when you don’t.
  • You are provided with an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair; items shared with roommate(s) include sofa, chair, dining table, and chairs.

Conveniently located, these residences provide many opportunities for involvement in the larger campus community. They are also overseen by professional and resident-advisor staff. Activities are planned for you to interact with neighbors, including dinner parties, study breaks, barbecues, and more. These residences remain open during Christmas and Spring breaks.
