Where did you do your internship?
I completed my internship at Hotel Le Corderie in Trieste, Italy.
What did you get to do as part of your internship?
I worked the front desk which included a verity of different tasks such as checking our clients in and out, making reservations, completing transactions, daily accounting, emails and phone calls, and resolving issues with clients in both Italian and English.
How did your internship impact your future personal and vocational aspirations?
This experience allowed me to see what it would be like to work for a company that needs someone who is bilingual. It also made me want to work in an environment where I need to use both English and Italian.
