Due Dates and Statement (Bill) Cycle

Quarterly bill due dates and other important billing information for undergraduate students can be found below.

Autumn Quarter: October 1st, 2022
Winter Quarter: January 10th, 2023
Spring Quarter: April 10th, 2023

Please keep in mind that during the quarter we send out statements for new or unpaid charges on a monthly basis, about the third week of each month. Those payments are the due the 10th day of the following month, i.e. bills sent out in late October are due November 10th. Many student and families choose to budget their quarter amount due through SPU’s Payment Plans.

Online payment

You or someone you authorize may use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit card, or e-check online to pay on your SPU Student Banner Account through a linked service called QuikPAY. Expect to pay a 2.8% service fee for using a credit and debit cards. However, e-checks do not incur a fee.

Students: You can make online payments through your account, which links you to the QuikPAY site. Here’s a step-by-step tutorial.

Parents: If you’re going to be making payment for a student, you can make online payments through our payment site, QuikPAY. Here are details you should know.

International Students: It is now possible for you to pay your SPU bill from your home country via a direct international payment! Thanks to a partnership we’ve created with a company called Flywire, you will no longer have to move money to the US to pay your bill. You (or whoever is paying the bill) simply have to have the bank account or card information from your country as well as your SPU ID number – that’s it! Payments can be made directly through Flywire or through QuikPAY by choosing Flywire as the payment method.
